Inclusion Criteria:
* Benign prostatic hyperplasia.
* Prostate volume greater than 60 cc as measured by transrectal ultrasonography.
* Moderate-to-severe lower urinary tract symptoms, defined as an International Prostate - Symptom Score of 12 or higher.
