Study objectives Main objective To assess the prevalence of suicidal risk during the 15 days preceding an outpatient psychiatric consultation in the Clermont-Ferrand area. Main secondary objectives * To describe the recruited population and potentially associated factors (age, sex, etc.). * To assess the psychological pain of these individuals over the same period when suicidal thoughts are strongest, or, if absent, when they feel at their worst. * To assess the self-esteem of these individuals over the same period when suicidal thoughts are strongest, or, if absent, when they feel at their worst.
