Inclusion Criteria: * Patients suffering from chronic spinal pain (for at least 3 months) refractory to PO2S * Patients aged between 18 and 80 * Patients having been treated with PO2S and still suffering from refractory pain * Patients who gave informed consent to participate in the study Exclusion Criteria: * Patients whose chronic spinal pain is caused by inflammatory disease, tumour, infection or trauma to the back. * Patients with a history of back surgery and/or vertebral fracture in the last 6 months * Patients with a motor disability related to the reason for consultation * Women who are more than six months pregnant. * Patients who are unable to communicate or understand the study process. * Patients who had been assessed and excluded by Dr Jean Luc Isambert.
