Inclusion criteria
. CHB patients over 30 years old ；
. HBV DNA \>20IU/ml and ALT level ≤40U/L；
. All of them have never received any antiviral treatment(including NAs and interferon-α）。
Exclusion criteria
. pregnancy status;
