Inclusion Criteria: * • Age between ≥ 18 years * Both sexes. * American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status I-III * Undergoing elective unilateral hip surgeries under spinal anesthesia * Patients with body mass index (BMI) \< 35 kg/m² Exclusion Criteria: * • Patient refusal * Known allergy to local anesthetics * Infection at the site of block * Coagulopathy or bleeding disorders * Cognitive impairment affecting pain assessment * Chronic opioid use * Neuromuscular disorders as patients with stroke.
