Inclusion criteria

. Patient is male and aged \>18 years old.
. Biopsy proven prostate adenocarcinoma.
. Patients electing to undergo Radical Prostatectomy (RP) with Pelvic lymph node dissection (PLND).
. ECOG performance status 0-2; expected survival ≥ 6 months.
