Inclusion Criteria: * consent to participate in the study, * over 18 years of age, * professionally active musician - instrumentalist or musician-hobbyist not working as a professionalist musician Exclusion Criteria: * lack of consent to participate in the study, age under 18, * artist - singer, * pregnancy, * active cancer, * acute viral, bacterial or other infections, * current exacerbation of chronic diseases or other conditions that may affect playing the instrument (e.g. osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, fibromyalgia, etc.), * previous surgeries and serious injuries of the musculoskeletal system (e.g. road accidents) within the last 5 years.
