Inclusion criteria

✓. Molar teeth requiring root canal treatment
✓. Diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis,
✓. Patients able to understand and use the VAS scale

Exclusion criteria

✕. Patients with systemic diseases affecting pain perception
✕. Use of analgesics within 12 hours before treatment
✕. Previously treated teeth
✕. Teeth with periapical abscess or swelling
