Inclusion Criteria: * Patients with anterior localized idiopathic epistaxis Exclusion Criteria: * Patients wit secondary epistaxis (posttraumatic, postoperative, tumoral). * During pregnancy. * Patients wit major systemic disease (Blood Disease, Hypertension).
