THE EFFECT OF GARDENING ON PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING AND CARE AMONG NURSING HOME CARE STAFF

Inclusion Criteria: * Care staff working in active care services at a nursing home, Who have been working at a nursing home for at least one year (Maunder et al., 2022), Who are open to communication and collaboration, And who are willing to participate in the study will be included in the research. Exclusion Criteria: * Those on leave, on sick leave, or undergoing a job reassignment during the research process Care staff with any physical or mental disabilities that could prevent them from participating in gardening activities will not be included in the study.
