While considered less risky than other specialties, the nature of psychiatry presents unique challenges and legal risks. This descriptive and cross-sectional study investigated the frequency, influencing factors, and attitudes regarding medical malpractice among psychiatrists, residents, and nurses in psychiatric clinics in Turkey.
