* Growing patients (CVS1-CVS3)
* Patent midpalatal suture (stages A-C)
* Skeletal Class III malocclusion (ANB \< 0°, Wits \< -2 mm)
* Presence of anterior crossbite or edge-to-edge incisal relationship Exclusion Criteria
