Inclusion Criteria: * All consecutive patients who will undergo total laryngectomy for advanced laryngeal carcinoma in the study duration. Exclusion Criteria: * Presence of extra-laryngeal extension. * Patients undergoing partial pharyngectomy. * Previous neck irradiation. * Previous neck surgery. * Patients' refusal to participate in the study.
