Exclusion criteria

✕. Coexisting eye infections
✕. Contact lens use
✕. Systemic immunosuppressive drug use
✕. Herpes keratitis
✕. Recent ocular surgery or trauma
✕. Known hypersensitivity to Tacrolimus
✕. Ophthalmological comorbidities as cataract, glaucoma, and congenital eye anomalies
✕. Impaired renal or hepatic functions
