Inclusion Criteria: * Male infants less than 3 months old. * Undergoing circumcision. Exclusion Criteria: * Male infants more than 3 months old. * Infants with bleeding disorders. * Neonates with hypospadias, epispadias, micropenis, disorders of sex development (DSD) * Neonates with buried or webbed penis.
