Research Hypothesis Hypothesis 1a: Hand hygiene with awareness increases the conscious awareness levels of oncology nurses. Hypothesis 1b: Hand hygiene with awareness increases the self-compassion levels of oncology nurses. Hypothesis 1c: Hand hygiene with awareness increases the self-care perception levels of oncology nurses.
