Therefore, treatment of fascial tissue is important. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the effects of different myofascial release techniques on jumping performance, flexibility, balance, and proprioception in amateur football players.

Inclusion Criteria:
* Being between the ages of 18-35
* Being able to communicate in Turkish
* Being willing to participate in the study.
* Being a licensed football player
Exclusion Criteria:
* Those with a body mass index of 30 kg/m² or higher
* Those with a history of lower extremity surgery in the last 6 months
* Those with cardiac, musculoskeletal, vestibular, and neurological problems
