Inclusion Criteria: * All cancer patient presented to Vascular and Endovascular surgery departement with ALI. Exclusion Criteria: * Patients with benign tumors or without active malignancy. * Patients with iatrogenic limb ischemia related to a tumor chemoembolization procedure.
