In the measurements made after the completion of the program, it was determined that the competence and adaptive performance level of the nurses increased. It was found that the Roy Adaptation Model was suitable for use in research to be conducted on a nurse sample regarding coping with the challenges caused by coronavirus pandemic. It is recommended that the RPSP be included in institutional training programs.
