Inclusion Criteria: * Age \> 50 years old, multimorbidity, signed Patients' Informed Consent Exclusion Criteria: * Age \< 50 years, presence of mental illnesses, oncological diseases detected less than 5 years ago, acute cardiovascular pathology within 6 months prior to inclusion.
