Inclusion Criteria: Age group: 18-65 years old Undergoing a scheduled shoulder arthroscope Exclusion Criteria: Allergies to any of the study drugs. Severe bradycardia or uncontrolled hypertension preoperatively. Renal failure. Hepatic failure. Cerebral insufficiency. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
