Inclusion Criteria: * Patients giving written informed consent * Patients undergoing Inguinal Hernia surgery * patients with ages 18-60 years * ASA 1 and 2 patients Exclusion Criteria: * INR \> 1.0 (patients with bleeding tendency) * EF \< 45 % (patients with cardiac dysfunction) * FEV1 \< 80 % of normal (patients with pulmonary dysfunction) * patients with renal disease
