Inclusion Criteria: * Age older than 18 years. * Hemorrhoids grade III. * Surgical indication for hemorrhoidal disease. Exclusion Criteria: * Acute hemorrhoidal disease. * Previous hemorrhoidal surgery. * Concomitant anal fissure. * Concomitant anal fistulae. * Concomitant rectal prolapse. * Concomitant inflamatory bowel disease or anal cancer. * Language impairment.
