Inclusion Criteria: * Child with distal hypospadias, uncircumcised , without meatal stenosis and no previous surgery for hypospadias Exclusion Criteria: * Any surgical manipulation includes circumcision or meatotomy. Patient refusal to be enrolled in the research. Patient lost follow up in the first six months
