Inclusion criteria

✓. Male or Female
✓. Aged below 40 or above 60.
✓. Provide informed consent and willingness to cooperate with study protocol.
✓. Periodontitis stage II patients:

✕. Patients with heavy smoking habits
✕. History of antibiotics in the previous three months.
✕. Pregnant or lactating female.
