Inclusion Criteria: * Degenerative spondylolisthesis. * Degenerative unilateral disc herniations. * Recurrent disc herniation. Exclusion Criteria: * Spondylolisthesis Grade III or IV. * Degenerative scoliosis . * Traumatic fracture spine. * Infections. * Neoplasms. * Debilitated patients . * Coagulation dysfunction. * Severe osteoporosis.
