Inclusion Criteria: * patients with atrophic post acne scars without any previous treatment trials. * adequate blood picture, no anemia, no bleeding or platelet disorders. Exclusion Criteria: * pregnant and lactating females. * elderly. * patients with bleeding tendencies.
