There are studies in literature indicating that bupivacaine cause myotoxicity. The investigators aimed to examine plasma creatine phosphokinase (CPK) levels to see whether myotoxicity occurs or not after fascial plane blocks are applied to patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
