Inclusion Criteria: * age group 4 -8 years. * good health. * No recent history of antibiotic coverage for at least two weeks * necrotic teeth. * restorable tooth structure. Exclusion Criteria: * more than 2/3 resorption of root. * uncooperative patient. * detection perforation on radiograph.
