Exclusion Criteria: * Old cases with leprosy. * Patients with cardiovascular disease (CVD) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). * Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and metabolic bone diseases.
