Inclusion Criteria: * patients aged 40 years * aphakic patients (post-traumatic or after complicated cataract surgery without capsular support). Exclusion Criteria: * Corneal decompensation. * Jeopardized specular microscopy * retinal or choroidal detachment * retained Intraocular foreign body * uveitis, Scleromalacia * Reubeosis irides * previous anti-glaucoma surgery.
