Inclusion Criteria: * Patients diagnosed with AIP after 2005, including type 1, type 2, and not-otherwise-specified (NOS) AIP, regardless of the diagnostic criteria used. Exclusion Criteria: * Patients younger than 18 years at last contact * Patients with less than 12 months of follow up after diagnosis * Patients with immune checkpoint inhibitor-induced pancreatitis
