Inclusion Criteria: * Patients diagnosed as temporal lobe epilepsy(TLE) depending on clinical semiology and EEG temporal inter-ictal epileptiform discharges Exclusion Criteria: * Any identifiable disease that could affect autonomic nervous system function including diabetic patients. * Any drug that could affect autonomic nervous system function including oral contraceptives
