The main question it aims to answer is: the effectiveness of ECS for diagnosing UGI aGvHD. Participants will undergo endoscopy, endocytoscopic evaluation and biopsy simultaneously. If there is a comparison group: Researchers will compare endoscopic, endocytoscopic and pathologic findings of these patients.
