Inclusion criteria

. Ovarian chocolate cyst diameter ≥4cm;
. Infertility;
. Dysmenorrhea medications were ineffective; Any one of the above, with or without clinical symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

. Age \<18 years old;
. Previous history of other surgeries;
