Inclusion Criteria: * primary total knee arthroplasty * received an adductor canal nerve block * received pericapsular injection by surgeon intraoperatively * admitted for overnight stay and \> 16 hours post-nerve block Exclusion Criteria: * age \< 18 * prior total knee arthroplasty on ipsilateral knee
