Inclusion Criteria: * children with alveolar cleft * patient presented at least three deciduous teeth scheduled for extraction. Exclusion Criteria: * major relevant clinical diseases, * systemic use of steroids, * current or previous intravenous bisphosphonate treatment, * acute infection at the operation site.
