Inclusion Criteria: * All Patients with cerebral stroke either ischemic or hemorrhagic * All Patients with traumatic brain injury including those on mechanical ventilation Exclusion Criteria: * Patients with eye trauma * Patients with either arteritic or non arteritic central retinal artery occlusion
