Inclusion criteria

✓. Suffering from any GIT manifestations, attending outpatient clinics of Internal Medicine and Tropical Medicine Departments at Assiut University Hospitals (case group)
✓. clinically free persons undergo routine stool analysis for any reasons other than GIT complaint.(control group)
