Inclusion Criteria: * Subjects aged 18 or greater with clinical and/or genetic diagnosis of Marfan syndrome; * Subjects aged 18 or greater with clinical and/or genetic diagnosis of hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome; * Signed informed consent; * Ability to speak, read and write in Italian.
