Inclusion Criteria: * not having any systemic disease * not having neuromuscular deficit * not having knee pathology * To be defined as inactive (less than 30 minutes of moderate physical activity five times a week) according to the minimum activity guidelines published by the American College of Sports Medicine Exclusion Criteria: * Being actively involved in any sport * participating in a regular exercise program
