Inclusion Criteria: * patient diagnosed to have placenta previa or accrete * plan to deliver baby in Assiut women health hospital * willing and able to participate Exclusion Criteria: * pre-existing psychological disorders * severe medical complications * severe obstetric complications * fetal abnormality
