Inclusion Criteria: * Age \>= 20 years old * Severe aortic stenosis and suitable candidate for transfemoral transcatheter aortic valve implantation Exclusion Criteria: * Age \< 20 years old * Severe aortic stenosis not suitable for transfemoral transcatheter aortic valve implantation * An initial plan for a surgical transfemoral cut-down approach
