Inclusion criteria

✓. Age \>=18 years old
✓. Undergoing clinic-based periocular procedure

Exclusion criteria

✕. Any other topical, oral or intravenous sedating medications given alongside procedure
✕. Allergy to saline, lidocaine or epinephrine
✕. Unable to provide consent due to cognitive impairment
