Retrospective cohort study of consecutive patients investigated in a neurorehabilitation ward after a first hemispheric stroke. Unilateral spatial Neglect (USN) and other cognitive impairments (including attention, executive functions, memory) have been assessed in routine care at the subacute phase (\<6 months).
