Inclusion Criteria: * Cranial defect patients * Patients eligible for simultaneous craniectomy and cranioplasty. * ASA I \& II Exclusion Criteria: * Active infection. * Medically compromised patients (ASA ≥3). * Hydrocephalus/Brain Swelling
