Inclusion Criteria: * Age between 18 - 79, the patients who will undergo robotic prostatectomy surgeries Exclusion Criteria: * Presence of a condition preventing facial plane nerve block * Coagulopathies * Chronic opioid use * Stroke * Polyneuropathy * Patients with cognitive dysfunction * Communication difficulties * Alzheimer's * Dementia * Patients who are allergic to the drugs to be used
