Inclusion Criteria: * adults patients presenting at the emergency dept with suspected scaphoid or wrist fracture * monotrauma * written informed consent Exclusion Criteria: * patients younger than 18 yr * pregnant women * either vascular or neural impairment * signs of open fracture * multiple trauma patient
