Inclusion Criteria: * Patients with chronic anal fissure Exclusion Criteria: * Inflammatory diseases of the colon * Pectenosis * Previous surgical interventions on the anal canal * IV grade internal and external hemorrhoids * Rectal fistula * Severe somatic diseases at the decompensation stage * Pregnancy and lactation * Anal sphincter insufficiency
