Endobiliary radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is an ablative therapy that has been used to treat malignant biliary strictures. The aim of this study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of endoscopic papillectomy combined with endobiliary RFA for ampullary neoplasms with intraductal biliary extension.
